Hand-Knotted Afghan Lopak Rug

This Lopak piece takes the same rich, all-over damask repeat as its counterpart but shifts the palette into a much softer, more garden-inspired register. Rounded acanthus scrollwork in sage and sky blue curls across a warm camel ground, with slender teardrop palmettes hanging beneath each register and small white florets scattered throughout, softening the density of the scrollwork.
