Handmade Afghan Farhan Ziegler Rug

This Farhan Ziegler pairs the light, breathable dot-repeat field we've seen in other pieces with an unusual touch, a soft, cloud-like shading in warm camel gold that spreads across the upper corner of the ivory field, as if the border's color has quietly bled inward. The main field itself carries small individual rosettes with burgundy and blue centers, spaced in loose, even rows rather than a dense trellis, keeping the piece light and airy. The wide camel gold border, filled with its own floral scrollwork and connected by fine guard stripes, frames the piece and explains where that corner shading is echoing from.
